We offer Free 30 day returns (including free return shipping) Some Exceptions apply. Please see "Exceptions"

And for that reason...

We stand behind the products we sell and keep our returns process simple. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items (see "Exceptions") within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a credit, replacement, or refund. We encourage you to inspect the contents of the package(s) and test the products right away to ensure plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee. Please follow the steps below to request a return.

Exceptions

• Items that have been damaged by the user are not covered. 
• we will not issue a refund for the missing parts or accessories
• any products that are depleted or have been used to a point of unusability (Useability is subject to our discretion) (i.e. CO2, BBs, shooting targets, and others)

Free Return Shipping Process

ArmyBoy will cover the shipping fee associated with any authorized returns (within the 30 day guarantee period)

Please follow these 3 easy steps to return a product:

Step 1:	Email us at cs@armyboy.com with your order number and a short description of your reason for return.
Step 2:	We'll respond with a prepaid return label (assuming the item is eligible for return).
Step 3:	Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest eligible post office
Reimbursement	Once the package arrives at our facility and is inspected (usually within 1 business day) we will either issue a refund, credit or send an exchange.
